Breasts filling back up?

What does it feel like, I feel like I’m crazy because awhile after my bub feeds I will feel like a mildly uncomfortable stinging sensation in my breasts (I have small ‘storage ducts’ so he feeds from both every time).

Not sure what it is but around 2 hours after my nipples usually get tingly. Not sure if it’s the same lol. I have a feeling I’m usually leaking at that point.

I don’t always feel let down but sometimes it’s like you described - a small sting/tingle like sensation

Most likely a let down. I would get one around the time my baby would normally eat, but I had not feed her yet. However I had a pretty strong letdown feeling (stinging/burning in my niples for up to 10 sec). My baby is almost 8 months, ebf, and now I rarely get that feeling.

I get a mild pain in my boobs with my letdowns, it use to be really painful but as time goes on (3months now) the pains been easing off
