A few days again I woke up with body aches and having a bad headache. The day went on and I went from sweating being so hot to freezing. This persisted until the following night where it was just the sweats at night and then being cold. My right breast has been hurting like I need to release some milk but when I do not much comes out. It is also hot to the touch but not red. At the bottom side it does hurt really bad if I touch it. Not sure if that is a lump or not but it is hard.

I know people say that putting baby to this breast can help however I have only been exclusively pumping for about 2 weeks.

Does anybody have any experience with this and do you think I can wait until next week to call the dr or do I need to go to a walk in clinic?
