I have an almost 5 week old and whenever he is eating I can hear him gulping so i know he’s getting plenty of milk but then he starts gasping for air and choking so I’m guessing that is the let down? And how can I help him not choke on it? It happens almost every time he eats and it scares me and I feel so bad. I’ve read that some people can feel it happening but I don’t notice a difference the only way I know it’s happening is by listening to his swallowing and noticing when he starts gulping really loud but then by that point he’s already starting to choke.
