Male infection

Hi ladies a few months ago I was diagnosed with a yeast infection. Dr prescribed me diflucan I took it a few times and the infection goes away, but once my husband and I have sex a couple of days later the Infection comes back. So I believe that I mo6st have passed it to him unfortunately. What can he take to treat it? Can't afford to go to dr so over the counter is our only option.
