recently when i put in tampons i get cramps. i don’t wear tampons regularly i usually only use them for dance competitions or when i’m swimming. i just took motrin to get rid of cramps i was having earlier and they were completely gone. but once i pushed the tampon all the way in i got a really bad cramp and i’ve been having cramps since. i feel like this is definitely not normal and i was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue?
