Confusion

Ok so I’ve gotten my period but the thing I haven’t had my period like that and I’ve had my period for 5y and when ik I should be getting my period it doesn’t come but when I masturbate to much then I get blood like I’m on my period , I’m so confused and don’t understand what’s happening
