I have a question I can’t seem to get a straight answer for. I am currently 3 months pregnant with my 3rd child. I breast fed my 2nd 14 years ago and didn’t have nipple piercings at the time. I’ve had them pierced now for 5 years anyhow my question is when’s a good time to remove them? I trolled online and saw that women were saying that milk leaked out of the holes but I’m wondering if I take them out now will they go ahead and close up by the time I’m due at the end of May. Please help as I’ve tried talking to a lactation consultant and googled but nothing. Thank you ladies. Also has anyone not been able to produce milk bc of the piercing maybe damaging the flow of milk?
