When should I take a test?

I sadly had a one night stand on 11/16 with a boy I’ve been talking to for a little while. I am on birth control pills, Junel Fe which is a combination pill. However, I have been taking a little later than normal every now and then so I got nervous my pill wasn’t as effective so I rushed and took a Plan B the next day (maybe like 8 hours after we had sex)

I start my placebo week on Sunday, so my period should come at some point next week. However if it doesn’t come, when can I take a test? Or is it too early? I’m just really anxious about this situation...
