ATTENTION DONT JUDGE I KNOW I HAVE A HUGE ASS CAVITY IGNORE IT !!

What I wanna know is does my wisdom tooth need to be removed. The pain is on and off but it’s something that comes and goes. (Hurts then stops for a few months then comes back)

2-3 months ago I went to the dentist cause it hurt. But when I went it stopped hurting and they said if it didn’t hurt then they don’t recommend removing it.

I DONT HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE and don’t quality. Last time I went They wanted to put fillings, braces, cleaning which costed more than 3,000 but I couldn’t afford it not even payment plans at the moment!! I advise what can I do till I save T.I.A
