I've had for almost a year now an on or off itch that starts out very mild. Like today, throughout the day, it just felt like slight itch, like small hair poking my skin. It's around the labia minora, closer to the vaginal opening. It was slightly red, so carefully applied cold water to it and minutes later, it's a bit more itchier and looks like small red bumps on the left side of the labia.

I've been tested for STI, and came back negative. I did test positive for HSV-1 but even the doctor said it could just be because I've had cold sores on the mouth.

They've done pap smear, came back normal, done test in yeast and nothing. Just wondering if anybody has something similar and how have you gotten a clear diagnosis from a doctor for it, what helps you deal with it, etc.
