I’m Christian. I was having a hard day and my pagan friend was trying to cheer me up and maybe restore a little of my self worth. He said he’d included me in a list of things he was thankful for as a part of his Mabon celebration. I was touched. I don’t understand much about his faith but I still felt honoured and cared for. I love when good intentions transcend the barriers of what specific belief system we ascribe to. No matter what you believe, You can’t help but feel appreciated when someone says “I’m praying for you”.
