Toddlers throw fits when they are tired probably better to be safe that way if the toddlers tired when you out he/she has a place to nap too.

You can get those ride along attachments for strollers where the older can stand on it so she won’t have to walk if she’s tired

I have the evenflo pivot Xpand. Right now it’s being used as a single stroller for my 14 month old daughter and then when my son is born in March I have an adapter to add the carrier to it after I “slide” the seat down the frame. I have a second seat that will replace the carrier when my youngest can use it. The seats can be flipped around and even made into a bassinet type seat. For me it will be worth it since I take walks at least once every day and walk my oldest to and from the bus everyday.

Have a 3, 17 month old and expecting in two months. 
Double stroller is worth it’s weight if you travel out a lot or go to events.

I’m currently trying to sell mine. I was convinced I needed a double but my oldest had just turned 2 when we had our second boy and by then he was mr independent. Hasn’t been in a stroller since. I think you either have a stroller kid or you don’t. You know what to do...

I have a 3 year old and a 11m old. It comes in handy if you leave your house a lot. But i really only use my single because my 3y old likes to walk and run lol

I wouldn't, but then I've never really used a stroller for my little girl- she'll be 3 years after my son is born. She won't sit still long enough to make one worthwhile! I focused on baby wearing for the first year or so, and after she could walk we just started letting her go as long as she wanted on foot. 
Of course, if you do long walks/jogs regularly, you have different needs than me; we can usually make it 1-2 miles, or about 2 hrs at her pace with regular detours 😂 but I've never been the most physical person, so it's not a daily occurrence.

My daughter will be 4 in January and my son is 4 months. I bought a used double that each seat holds up to 55 pounds. I get alot of use out if it. I do see however alot of people use a wagon if you wanted to wait until your little can sit up well and get one of those.

We are looking for one.. my daughter is three next month and my son is due any day. Many of the google strollers go up to 45 lbs and my daughter is 33 lbs, i think it'll be necessary for when we are out with both kids beyond baby wearing stage. I plan to wear my son until he is like 4 months or too heavy, which ever comes first, then we will invest in a double stroller
