Did I fuck my pill up?

Hi guys, quick question!

I started on the Noriday mini pill on the 5th of this month, cycle day 11. I had sex on the 7th of this month cycle day 13without a condom. My cycle is usually 28/30 days so it would have been slap bang in the middle of my fertile window. Noriday usually does not stop Ovulation.

However I was late with some of the pills and I had severe diarrhoea during this time. Also I had read that if you start noriday while not on your period it take two days to be effective however this is disbuted. I know I was being stupid.

The last few days I've had severe vaginal cramping and nausea on and off, lower back pain.

My period was due today but the mini pill can stop periods. I am just wondering in there is a significant probability of pregancy or am I just stressing myself out over nothing.
