Irregular periods and baby ?

Hey ladies, I'm 24 and i have periods about every 2 months

I tried all treatment, they failed. I'm 5.6 ft with 62.4kg weight that's normal

Anyway my question is, did any one of you have period problem and have a baby ?

I haven't tried for baby yet , I'm a virgin so really worried about infertility cuz I'm getting married on September 2019 and will be trying as soon as possible
