Threatened miscarriage

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone else has had similar experience.

I started bleeding on Wednesday and when I rang GP on Thursday they kindly gave me an urgent appointment to check for ectopic. I was referred to EPU and yesterday had a transvaginal scan.

I had dated at 7+1 because I am positive of my date of LMP but I did suspect I may have ovulated late in cycle and at the scan they dated me at only 5 weeks due to size of sac which was safely tucked up high in uterus.

The foetal pole not there due to early stages and sonographer couldn't see any cause for the bleeding however today it has gotten worse, more red and having cramps. I'm booked for a repeat viability scan in 2 weeks. I felt positive yesterday but now I'm coming to terms with likelihood of m/c... It's ok. Just disappointing. X
