super duper weird blood clots!!

i know it’s super gross of me to hold in it my hand so sorry about that BUT about two weeks ago i started the depo shot and my period has been lighter than usual. but today these little monsters came sliding out of me and they’re very unusual. is everything okay with me?? are these normal??
