So.... when am i going to miscarry?

I had my first miscarriage in June & it kinda sorta happened all at once. The first 3 days were really heavy bleeding/clotting & then it dwindled down to period like amounts. I was 5 weeks pregnant then.

This time around, i am supposed to have been 9 weeks but was measuring 6 weeks when i had an ultrasound at the ER. I’ve had bleeding for the past 3 days, but not even enough to fill a pad at a time and the clots have been super small, almost nonexistent. So im just wondering if this has happened to any of you? When did you lose everything? 🤔
