I am 21 weeks pregnant with di/di b/g twins and this weekend has been a little nuts with Thanksgiving and shopping and decorating for Christmas and I may have done a little too much. I have pretty much been on my feet walking and cleaning non stop. Well last night I started with some Braxton Hicks contractions (have been happening on and off for a week now) and then had some light pink spotting. At my last OB appt they told me with the BHs this early I need to watch for any vaginal discharge change spotting etc because it could mean my cervical length is changing. So now I’m freaked out. I’ll call tomorrow, but has anyone experienced this? At my last ultrasound 2 weeks ago my cervical length was 3.6mm which was totally what it should be.
