Tips for being vegan and breastfeeding
So before I got pregnant I was completely vegan and working out everyday! Once I became pregnant I let my cravings over come me (I’m not proud of it) and started eating mainly vegetarian. Once this baby comes I’m hoping to transition back to vegan. I felt so much better being vegan, my immune system was so much better. Is anyone vegan and breastfeeding? What are your go to meals? How do you make sure your getting all your nutrients?
