Reason to worry?

So I’ve never had breast soreness, I’m 23 and have had periods since I was around 12/13 (standard). But this time round my nipples are really sore and tender, which is unusual for me.

I hooked up with an old flame a couple of weeks ago. Even though we used a condom, I have an IUD AND I’m pretty sure my period is starting.

Is there still reason to worry, or is it normal for PMS symptoms to change as you get older?
