I’m currently breastfeeding but barely producing milk I want to take my 1 week old off my breast but don’t know how to do so because she always looking for my breast while holding her when I pump it’s only about an ounce between both breast I’m so frustrated what do I do

Your baby can get a lot more milk out of you than a pump can. If you’re wanting to breastfeed then let your baby keep feeding. They’re on the boob constantly the first little while establishing your supply (when they seem like they’re not getting enough, that’s what they’re doing.. saying hey boobs, make more).

Look up foods and drinks that boost milk supply like oats and ginger tea .. make sure you're adequately hydrated too. And don't stop pumping or feeding, your body will make what it needs once it knows it needs it.
