I need help

I woke up this morning and my left boob is SO sore. I’ve only been breastfeeding 2 and a half weeks. I think it’s engorged because just putting a little pressure on it hurts and it’s hard as a rock. I’ve tried pumping to make it feel better and nothing. Does anyone have anything they know can help?
