My new diet...
Just had my baby a month ago and since then I’ve gained 10 pounds on top of the weight I already gained during pregnancy, 180 pounds as of right now. My norm-140 pounds. My mom recommended this diet to me which she did herself and is back on and she lost 60 pounds. (She kept the weight off btw after getting off the diet, she just wants to lose even more. She weighed 200 before the diet and now is at 140. She wants to get down to 125-130)
That’s right! The only things you can eat are on that list! Also I can’t drink anything but water. Not fricken excited!! To help speed things along I’m also going to be taking these “it works” calorie burning pills and exercising.
