Started my period yesterday and

about 2-3 hours ago it started getting heavier. It felt like a gush came out when moved on the couch! I ran to the bathroom and my tampon has this really large, thick clot on it. I’m not on BC, I had no cramping or nausea and it just started flowing heavier earlier. My dr is on vaca and won’t be in until 2 more days! Anyone know if this is okay??
