I’m fucking worried

I’m 5 days late on my period and been having extreme nausea, Horrible cramps from hell and my back feels like it’s being crushed to death. I took heavy pain killers and waiting for them to kick in. What worries me is I took 2 pregnancy tests both solid negative and I’ve been in extreme pain to where I’m crying ....I don’t know what else to do 😭 please help me!!!!
