okay so i’ll be travelling 29 next week and my period is supposed to come then. i’ve bought a menstrual cup online but it hasn’t arrived yet and i’ve never used one before. i’ve used tampons but i’m not a big fan because they never hold enough because i have such a heavy flow.

i just want to know what everyone recommends and how to help ease the symptoms while on the plane.

ps. i’m not worried about having to empty the cup or any mess with it
