Both are extremely wasteful. Cups are the best option for me

I always bled through pads in an hour or I bled around them and it's like? What? So usually I use a tampon but have a pad on as well for extra protection cause I'm a heavy bleeder

I like pads better.. tampons break me out so bad it's very uncomfortable. the only time I wear a tampon is if I go swimming for a couple hours but even after that I start to break out not as bad but still

Which ever you prefer. Tampons make my cramps so much worse but I still use them because I always had such a mess with pads

I use to like tampoons untill two months ago when I was wearing one and I started cramping sooo bad and I go change my tampoon and it was no where to be found I had to literally stick my fingers in my woooha and take it out. The cramps were so horrible. So now I use pads I don't like them but I have to.
