Stress or worse?

So I have a question. Lots of stress lately between work and my pop getting diagnosed with lymphoma. And past 4 months only had two periods both at least 45 days late and no sex since last June. Is it just stress or possibly something worse? I just need some advice before I go see my Obgyn

Stress can really mess up your cycle. I always had regular periods and then one month I had an overwhelming amount of things happen and I ended up having my regular period and one week after that I had a while other period. I went to the dr and she acted like it was totally normal lol freaked me out though!

Could be the stress but u need to been seen just in case it’s not stress related
