Flutter sucks??

Question

Why do babies flutter suck? I notice that baby will gulp when he gets milk but then does this weird thing I'm assuming  is flutter sucks because  of how it feels 
Does it always hurt with let down it feels like pins and needles going towards my nipples baby is 3 weeks old

Milk flow varies throughout the feed. Might be happening when things slow down. Don't worry! It all gets soooo much better. Feels never-ending in the moment, but around two or three months it'll be easier and then it's pretty much cake from there on (except the occasional bite, especially once there are teeth involved! But even that gets better with time. Push through, mama! You got this!
