It’s red dead redemption 2 and it’s set in 1899 and I brought up how racism isn’t like a prominent thing in this game and wondered out loud if they made it that way on purpose because I mean, it’s a game set in 1899 made in 2018.

Side note: in this game you get karma for your behavior. If you murder or rob someone, you get a bounty put on you. There will be witnesses, there will be consequences. These consequences affect how the game ends, it’s a big part of the game.

Anyways as I’m saying this he walks up to a man in the game thats preaching and he starts talking to him. The man just starts saying racist shit. So the character is like “I’ve seen men of all colors” or something like that. “Good white men. Bad white men. And DUMB white men” and then he goes to attack him and my so is like “I can’t attack him. I’ll get a bounty put on me” and I said “just do it!” So he starts chasing this racist preacher guy through the town and tackles him, beats the shit out of him, ties him up and throws him into the lake. Infront of everyone in the town.

And we are waiting for the bounty to pop up. Nobody in this video game town have a shit that they just witnessed the murder of the racist preacher. A black man was sitting on the dock of the lake right next to where he was tossed in and said “it ain’t my business I got my own problems. Ain’t no problem of mine” when usually anyone around will get up and scream and run away and tell police..and he just continues to sit there as this man drowns. And we are both like “that really just happened” 😂

And we have been laughing for ten minutes. Whoever made this fucking game is great. After you’ve killed the racist preacher the character walks around town saying hi to everyone, just talking away (he talks on his own) and he’s like “I don’t know why. But I’m in a good mood” 😂

And at some point you actually find the kkk. And they accidentally set themselves on fire and die. They added realistic history to this game but they make it up by I guess letting you kill or simply just watching them die by their own stupidity 😂😂😂
