Cramps

I get terrible cramps, at first I thought it was normal, but then I asked some friends about their cramps and none of them experience what I experience.. my cramps this morning woke me up at 4 AM and I literally couldn’t move, I took 2 ibuprofen and they didn’t go away. This usually lasts for 5 to 7 hours and it hurts so bad, and usually brings me to tears. What should I do?!
