I’ve been on birth control for a little over a year now. My period is always the same: it comes once every 3 months, typically hit with really bad cramps a day before. A couple days ago, I was feeling kinda crampy and figured that I was going to start my period. Yesterday, I had some spotting. Like a brown color that typically happens after your period. Today, it was gone. Then this evening, more spotting, same exact thing. Should this be cause for concern? Is my birth control causing this? It’s odd because this has never occurred before.
