Also, how can I increase my milk supply? I'm going back to work a lot sooner than planned and I want to be sure baby girl has a good supply before I go back.

Before returning to work, I would pump one hour after his first feed. At that time he was sleeping through the night, so I was always very full and able to pump the most at that time. I did this for about 2 weeks and had enough saved to go back to work. At work I pump 3 times a day and usually get 13-16oz a day, which is enough to send to daycare with babe the next day, plus a little left over at the end of the week to freeze and save.
