Symptoms all hitting at once

I’m 12 DPO and all of a sudden cramps, bloating, fatigue, hot flashes and dizziness have hit me all at once today. I’m due for AF in 2 days .. I hope these are implantation symptoms and not AF.. I don’t normally get these symptoms until after my period starts. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
