Sore breasts went away??

I am 8dpo and I've had sore, sensitive and tingling breasts since ovulation but today they are barely sore at all. Does that mean I won't get pregnant? Really worried because this is my only symptom.

I had super tender breasts from 3-9dpo, now at 10dpo the tenderness is almost gone. Did you end up being pregnant?

Usually sore breast happen because of the surge of progesterone in your body. I usually get sore breast at 6-9dpos.
