Is there a way I can fix my boots?

There are a couple spots that are torn up. I love these boots, so I'm trying to figure out a way to fix them or make these spots less noticeable.

You might be able to take them somewhere that repairs leather. I had a purse repaired before at a shoe shop that also did leather.
