What do these lines mean on clear blue digital advanced ovulation tests?

It’s negative, if you we ovulating the control line would be just as dark as the rest line!

From my understanding, the lighter line(on the stick you posted) is the LH line. As LH increases, that line darkens. The darker line is the estrogen line and gets lighter as estrogen increases. Both lines will be nearly the same color during peak, but do not read like a normal OPK.
