Regulating After Going Off The Pill
Heyo!
So I want to say about a month ago I got off of my Sprintec pill. It was just making me extremely depressed and anxious on top of my already existing anxiety. I have no insurance and this isn't the first time birth control has worsened my depression and anxiety. I was on Sprintec for almost a year and I'm wondering how long it is going to take for my body to regulate back to normal?
