I went to my first appointment on Nov 15, doctor had to send me to radiology for a better ultrasound and I also had to get blood work. She calls me the next day and said I’m measuring about 5 weeks and that my hCG levels are low (1100). Had to go 2 days later and get more blood work, hCG went only up to 1200. She had me go into her office and she diagnosed me with a miscarriage and said that my levels should start dropping. Got blood work again at the end of the week and hCG was up to 2200. She called me yesterday to get more blood work cause I had an appointment scheduled with her today. They called a couple hours before my appointment and sent me for another ultrasound cause my hCG went up to 2800. The tech that did the ultrasound told us that I was measuring 5w6d and it looked healthy and in right location. So we go to the doctor and meet up with her for the results and she never told us anything about the ultrasound... she just walks in and says the pregnancy is not viable and wants to take medicine to end it. My fiancé and I both said no way we are taking the medicine and we want more blood work and ultrasound. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
