I have my first OBGYN appointment tomorrow morning.(super excited and nervous)! They sent out a reminder for my appointment and the message said follow water prep if applied. The lady I made my appointment with said something about needing a full bladder for the ultrasound..

soo I was wondering if I can just hold my pee in the morning when I get up or do I have to go to the bathroom and then drink a full bottle of water before going to my appointment.
