Did any one have an idea they were having twins?

Question

So twins run in my family. And i am incredibly ill very early on and i cant ask my family as they dont know yet. Did any mummies have any clues they were having twins? Extra bloating? Bad morning sickness? Weird cramps?

I’m nervous about this too! I have no twins in my family. But I keep having the twin dream!!!!! Nausea started at 5 weeks for me. And my hcg level at 5w2d was 17,000 and someone made a comment that it might be bc of multiples! I’m silently freaking out.

I have heard that its very common to have really bad morning sickness when you have twins. Otherwise I dont know if there are any other signs.
