Prenatal Vitamin withdrawals?

I missed taking my prenatal vitamins for a couple of days & got a major headache. I didn’t understand then but now If I don’t take it within 24hrs I get a terrible headache. My headache goes away 30 mins-1 hr after I take the vitamin. Is it possible I’m having withdrawals? I’ve never heard of such thing. These are the ones I’ve been taking.

It could be a lack of a key nutrient like magnesium that your body starts to miss.

Yes same things if I miss talking it I get bad headache and might fall sick

Weird because I've noticed the same thing. It's not quite as bad as a caffeine headache but it's annoying.
