So back in the end of august my husband and I agreed to let his older brother and his family stay with us. We gave them till the end of december to find a place and move out. Well tonight my husband told me that he wants to change his career and due to a significant pay cut he wants to let his brother with his family live with us and pay rent. They do their fair share of cleaning and pretty much keep to themselves. My issue which i told him is that i dont want them here, my home feels cramped and invaded and it no longer feels like home to me. To which his reply was , "fine ill just be unhappy and work at my job until im dead". So i gave in and told him fine let them move in, i dont have a job yet so your the one paying all the bills. What does it matter what i say.

I feel like im stuck in this aweful guilt trip. Am i wrong for feeling the way i do and is there anyone else going through something similar?
