so i have this rash around my nose any ideas on what it could be?

Maybe it’s just from being dry! I’ve gotten that before, and that’s why I had it. 
Put coconut oil on it in the morning and before bed!

Is it itchy? Crusty? Burn? If it does it’s definitely
Impetigo I get it once a year typically! it’s a bacterial rash you just need to go to the doctor and get a cream for it. It’s really common in smaller children and people with weaker immune systems. If you have any of these symptoms go to the doctor ASAP because it is contagious and can spread like wildfire and it’s not fun lol 
It could also be eczema!
