Did you notice your supply drop with your first pp period only, or every period?
My son is 9 weeks old and I just had what I think was my first period. I got the depo shot for birth control 2 weeks ago from my doctor and I feel like it triggered bleeding.. I have had what is like ‘last day light’ bleeding for 7 days now.. I am breastfeeding and I don’t think it had changed my supply but I am aware that a period can..
So, with every period does your supply potentially take a hit? Or was it just the first one after baby?
