What is sleep?
33w2d and haven't had a good nights sleep in weeks. When i finally do fall asleep, I dream the whole time. I wake up so much to pee and reposition. Why must it be like this? We're about to be sleep deprived with a newborn. You'd think our bodies would be letting us rest more. I'm so exhausted every day, i feel dead.
