How am I supposed to announce my pregnancy to my friend who has had struggles with fertility? She’s been trying with her husband for almost over three years. She refuses to go to the doctor or a fertility clinic, or anything though. She thinks she has ovarian cysts (self diagnosed) but she’s also been tracking her ovulation for the entirety of that time, and has never once gotten a positive test. I think she might not be having kids, and it devastates her.

She has cried to me many and many of times about it. She thinks buying some new ovulation test will be the answer.. Now I’m pregnant, and a part of me feels like she will entirely disown me because I’ve been given this gift.😔 I’m also afraid that the news may make her try harder which just seems like it would crush her either way.
