Extremely confused

So I’m not exactly sure what this is, during my favourite late night activity I’ll eventually get to a point when it will feel really good, my body will tense and then I get a contracting feeling thats pretty quick then my clit gets really sensitive . This can happen up to 5 times depending on the night, I don’t cum at all either and by the end of all this I’m extremely sweaty and tired.
