Weight gain stress

So before my first I was 125lbs, my mother (who herself gained 100lbs when pregnant with me) decided I was too small and force fed me food. Due to this I ended up being 188lbs by the end of the pregnancy.

Before this pregnancy I hadn’t really lost a lot of that weight so I was 170lbs, in the first trimester I lost a lot from just cutting out sugar and got down to 157. My doctor at first (who was a new doctor since I moved from California to South Carolina) wasn’t happy about this weight loss till I explained that I’m not typically this heavy and all I changed in my diet was sugar intake, she made a comment about her not wanting me to lose more.

Well cuz of that I’m stressed out about my weight. I keep going in between 165-170 from week to week and I’m so nervous I’ll go in on one of those weeks where I’ve lost some! I haven’t changed my diet at all or the amount so I have no clue why my body won’t stay at 170!

It also doesn’t help that I’m not hungry at all so I’m forcing myself to eat everyday. I don’t know what’s going on!!!!
