Vitex is gold for those with pcos who need to blance hromones and regualte the cycle. It takes around 6 to 12 months to start having an effect. I have been on 1200mg of vitex daily since feb 2018 along with metformin. Now for the last 3 months have been on a 28 day cycle. Babydust to you all x
